REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport minimum into the least three months
2. Two passport's photographs
3. Fill in application form
4. Certificate legal Existence of the religious community or church in Colombia issued by the Colombian Government Office called, Ministery of the Interior. In the case, the Applicant is being invited by Catholic Church the legal certificate must be issue by the Arquidiócesis.
5. Balances or bank statements of the religious community.
6. Document that Proof that the applicant has experiences in that kind of work. It could be a letter issued by a religious community where the applicant had had a religious work, volunteer, or missioner.
7. A letter issued by religious Community in Colombia to state the name and position of the applicant, detailed purpose of trip, and Institution's compromise to assume full financial responsibility for the traveler expenses, including his return to the country of origin or last country of residence.
